pNouns⚡️ is an experimental project that has the potential to fundamentally change the social structure with ”real NFT” and ”real DAO”. Selling pNouns NFTs⚡️ as a foothold, we are going to become a member of Nouns DAO, recognized ”real DAO” and propose a project to the pooled 35 million treasury.

About pNouns⚡️
While the entire operation is run by volunteers, we would like to use the assistance from Prop House mainly to fund development costs and other expenses.
Fully on-chain NFT
pNouns NFT⚡️ is the only one designed NFT. Each NFT is not only fully on-chain, but is also generative in design, utilizing the Nouns visuals carved on the chain to maximize the benefits of the blockchain NFT.
The text data, used in the pNouns⚡️ side project, is carved on-chain, which greatly reduces the gas fee.

Nouns DAO
One noun is auctioned every 24 hours, forever. And have recently sold for about 30 ETH (38,000USD) daily. During the approximately 540 days since the birth of Nouns, ETH that has been bid on has been automatically sent by smart contract to the Nouns DAO treasury, which currently has a pool of approximately 30,000 ETH. The use of the treasury is left to the resolution of Nouns holders, who vote to use it for various projects.

Goals of pNouns⚡️
The vision of ”pNouns⚡️” is to buy 3 or more Nouns, to have influence within the Nouns DAO, and to create a path about 30,000 ETH treasury, which is not yet well utilized in Nouns treasury, to be effectively used and proposed for planning from Japan. It will be possible to submit all kinds of proposals for improving environmental issues, town revitalization, product development, etc by using cute Nouns character.
Refunds for NFTs
If the first sale does not raise the target funds for the purchase of Nouns, we are going to prepare to offer a full refund, excluding the GAS fee. Our refund system preventing from just resulting in only profits for the project members when the project failure. Also, any result ”pNounsNFT⚡️” will remain on the blockchain as a proof of support the project.

We define a full on-chain NFT as a ”real NFT”. On-chain NFTs are programs on a globally distributed network, which means that they will be immortal as long as the network exists. To have a full on-chain ”pNounsNFT⚡️” in your hand means to have a ”living proof” in this era of transition from web2.0 to web3.
